A Current Uncertified Phlebotomist is an individual who is actively working or trained in phlebotomy but has not yet obtained a national or state-recognized certification. These individuals may have hands-on experience in clinical tasks such as drawing blood, handling specimens, performing basic laboratory procedures, and supporting healthcare providers. Obtaining certification is strongly encouraged to enhance professional credibility, expand career opportunities, and demonstrate a verified level of knowledge and competency within the healthcare field.
